The president and the director of evangelism for Streams of Light International, Oleg Lotca and Johnny Henderson, began a trip to Europe in mid-May. Much prayer and planning preceded many divine appointments and testimonies as they lead Great Controversy distributions and met with local conference and union administrators to lay the groundwork for expanding the work in Europe. The following is a chronicle of their experiences.
Departure
The beginning of a new chapter for SOLI🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
Training and Outreach in Aachen, Germany
On Sabbath, May 18, in Aachen, Germany, Oleg and Johnny led the first training and distribution in Europe.
“We didn’t know what to expect from the church or the community,” Oleg shares. “To our amazement, more than 40 church members stayed for training, and we had close to twenty teams going out.”
Although many in the area were closed off to hearing a religious message, close to 400 families received books into their homes. Local church members shared many inspiring testimonies and they even obtained a Bible study interest.
“The Lord has proven once more that His methods work everywhere, and we are praising His name for that,” Oleg shares.
Going Door-to-Door in Liechtenstein
A Divine Appointment in Liechtenstein
While going door-to-door in Liechtenstein, Oleg had a powerful divine appointment. “When I asked Dominik what he wanted me to pray for, he answered, ‘a closer walk with God,'” Oleg shares. “He and his family are faithfully attending the Catholic Church. Since he is searching for truth he has signed up for Bible studies. Please pray for Dominik and his family.”
Updates Following Meeting with Inter-European Division
“I have a quick update!
God has been just so faithful. Our visit to Europe so far has been extremely fruitful. We have had such powerful experiences going door to in Aachen, and Liechtenstein. Although the culture and people are very different, God’s methods are clearly working here 🔥
We have met with the leadership of the local churches and they are very interested in working together to make the mission trip happen.
Also, we had an amazing meeting with the leader of publishing house in Switzerland, and they have expressed a lot of interest and a desire to partner together.
We just left the Inter-European Division Headquarters where we were meeting with the leaders of the local conference. By God’s grace, they seem open and are willing to support the local churches efforts. We’re discussing more on how we can combine the health work with literature outreach in the most effective way.
For now, it looks like the doors are opening for this mission trip and by God’s grace, even bigger than that—Europe.
I want to thank each of you for praying for us and all the support you have provided for Streams of Light. It’s because of you that we have so many experiences, and testimonies to take to these meetings. God is good.

Door-to-Door Distribution in Geneva

Geneva International Church Distribution Outreach
Geneva International church is packed!! There are 52 people in training this afternoon 🔥 Unfortunately we have only about 120 books for this huge church… Please pray that God would grant divine appointments today to those who go to the field. They will run out of books quickly, but we will have them continue with distributing My Freedom in Truth cards, praying with people, and getting Bible study interests.

Divine Appointments in Germany
We had an incredible divine appointment with Baden-Wuerttemberg Conference’s vice president. A lot of good stuff is coming for Germany! More info later. 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
