Meet Our Board Members

Jay Gallimore, Board Chairperson

Jay Gallimore is a retired Seventh-day Adventist minister. He served in pastoral ministry for 18 years. He also taught practical ministry to seminary students for the North Pacific Union as Director of Northwest Ministries Training Center. Then he served as Michigan Conference Ministerial Director, Executive Secretary, and later as Conference President. Along with many articles, he has written two workbooks: one on Romans, and the other on Galatians. A third one is soon to be published on Hebrews. 

Elder Gallimore graduated from Southern Adventist University with a B.A. in Theology and from Andrews University with an M.A. in Religion. He and his late wife, Linda, have two grown married children, a daughter and a son, and one granddaughter.

 

Oleg Lotca

Oleg Lotca, President

Oleg is an ordained minister and has served as field manager in the Literature Evangelism Department at the Central California Conference since 2019. From 2012-2017 he served in the Literature Evangelism Department of the Buenos Aires Conference and as the Literature Evangelism team leader for the South Argentina Conference from 2008 to 2011.

 

Pat Humphrey, Secretary

Pat began her work in the publishing ministry in 1988 as assistant editor of Message magazine. Over the years Pat has served the church in various capacities as a writer and editor, most recently having served as director of communication for the Southwestern Union Conference. In addition to her role as corporate secretary, she serves as president of the Southwest Chapter of ASI, and is also the VP of Administration for Streams of Light International.

 

Anthony

Anthony Ramirez

Anthony is a certified public accountant and business administrator. He has held several positions within a major financial institution for 11 years. Starting in 2013, he held various roles within the Seventh-day Adventist Church in Buenos Aires. Additionally, he has participated in literature evangelism campaigns in both Argentina and the United States since 2007.

Steve Brownell

Steve is the NEWSTART director at Weimar Institute. Prior to joining the Weimar staff, Steve organized community wellness projects for a local church and school in New England.

 

Richard Constantinescu

Richard is an ordained minister who currently serves as president of Revival Plan, a ministry dedicated to providing resources for spiritual, physical, and intellectual revival in preparation for Jesus Christ’s second coming. He has worked in the fields of pastoral ministry, chaplaincy, collegiate education, journalism, publishing, overseas missions, Bible work, office administration, literature evangelism, and small group coordination.

Nelson Ernst

Nelson serves as the Director of Literature Evangelism at Adventist World Radio. Previously, he served as the director of GLOW for the Central California Conference Literature Ministries Department. Prior to joining the Central California Conference in 2006, Nelson attended SOULS West, Pacific Union’s leadership school for outreach and evangelism.

 

Paul Ratsara

Paul Ratsara is the former president of the Southern Africa-Indian Ocean Division of Seventh-day Adventists. He is the Chairman of the Master in Biblical Mission & Wellness Program, the Newstart Program Director, and the Assistant to the President of Weimar University.

 

Ted Wilson

Ted N. C. Wilson served as president of the General Conference of Seventh-day Adventists from 2010 to 2025, following decades of pastoral and administrative leadership around the world. He began his ministry in the Greater New York Conference and later served in leadership roles in West Africa, at the General Conference headquarters, as president of the Euro-Asia Division, and as president of the Review and Herald Publishing Association before becoming a General Conference vice president in 2000. An ordained minister, he holds degrees from Andrews University, Loma Linda University, and New York University. Wilson and his wife, Nancy, have three daughters and 10 grandchildren.
