Dear Friends,
These Autumn days and the falling leaves cause us to reflect on the counsel given us in the Spirit of Prophecy to share literature like the leaves of Autumn, especially the book The Great Controversy. We are also reflecting on the many blessings God has given us throughout this year. Many of these blessings came as a direct result of the contributions to this work made by faithful supporters like you. Your contributions have enabled this team to make incredible strides in advancing member training and mobilization for literature evangelism across North America. We’re blessed by your partnership and wanted to share how much your support means to us and also of the amazing opportunities ahead that you can help bring to life.
Thanks to mission partners like you, our recent evangelistic efforts have reached thousands of homes. In San Francisco alone, we distributed over 25,000 outreach packets, and more than 75 individuals have committed to studying the Bible. Some of our team also recently returned from a mission in Flint, Michigan, where we distributed 29,000 copies of The Great Controversy, and invited the community to health and Bible outreach programs hosted by the local Adventist churches who partnered with us. More than 620 individuals signed up for Bible studies as a result. These powerful connections, initiated by something as simple as sharing a book and a health magazine, are igniting hearts for Christ across North America.
Looking to the future, we are especially excited to share with you the launch of the Streams of Light Training Institute (SOLTI) in March of 2025. Time is short, we need to reach the cities without delay, and we are told that many would be willing to work if they were taught how to begin. Our 10-month, comprehensive evangelism school will equip dedicated individuals to share the three angels’ messages in any setting, both here in North America and beyond.
We have seen God miraculously open doors to allow for a much sooner launch of Streams of Light Training Institute. In October, SOLI signed a contract with the Oak Haven Board to purchase the entire Oak Haven property, located in Pullman, Michigan, to serve as the location for this Institute. This purchase has been made possible because the Lord graciously sent a benefactor who loaned us the money. However, the benefactor has committed to match every donation up to the amount of the loan and give it back to this project. This means that anyone’s investment in this mission school will double.
Friends, just as your past support has helped lay the groundwork to launch this impactful ministry, your future support can do mighty things to help equip workers for the Harvest.
In addition to the launch of Streams of Light Training Institute, our team is preparing for several mission trips in Europe in 2025. More information about these missions will be shared in the coming weeks and months. These initiatives hold the promise of connecting many unreached European people with the hope and healing found in Jesus.
Again, none of this would be possible without the generosity of those who believe in sharing the truth for this time, one home at a time. We have seen firsthand how lives are being changed, and we know that God is opening doors. One of these stories we recently had the privilege of capturing on video. We thank Nicholas for sharing his testimony of how he came to the Lord and came to volunteer with us in San Francisco—a testimony that started with him receiving a knock on his door. Nic’s testimony is now on our YouTube channel.
Friends, God is showing us in many powerful ways that He is at the head of this work, and He will lead us to the finish line.
