There is a great work to be done in these closing moments of Earth’s history — and it will not be finished by a few. God is calling an army of dedicated believers to rise up and work shoulder to shoulder for the advancement of His kingdom. As the Streams of Light Training Institute launches operations on its new campus in Lumberton, Mississippi, we are laying the groundwork for a powerful training center — a place where missionaries will be equipped to carry the everlasting gospel to the large cities in North America, Europe, and beyond. But to make this mission possible, we need faithful hands and willing hearts who are ready to serve.
From preparing meals that nourish body and soul, to capturing stories that inspire hearts around the globe, every volunteer role is a vital part of the mission. Housekeeping staff help create a peaceful and orderly environment where students can focus on spiritual growth. Kitchen staff prepare wholesome, plant-based meals that fuel those preparing for service. Farm assistants enable the campus to model the beauty and practicality of agriculture as part of a balanced missionary lifestyle. Media assistants tell the story of what God is doing and extend our reach far beyond the campus. And events coordinators ensure that every training session, outreach launch, and gathering is conducted with excellence and purpose. Each of these roles, though different in function, shares one common goal: to support the training and sending of laborers into the harvest field.
In addition to these vital roles, we are also seeking skilled instructors to help shape a generation of missionaries through practical trades education and character development. Our Farm Management Instructor will lead students in hands-on agricultural stewardship—teaching principles of soil preparation, crop rotation, and farming grounded in biblical lessons and Spirit of Prophecy’s counsel. The Electrical Trades Instructor, Plumbing Instructor, HVAC Instructor, and Welding Instructor will each train students in essential vocational skills through real campus projects that combine technical mastery with the spirit of service. These programs are not merely about building structures—they are about building character, discipline, and readiness to serve wherever God may call.
We are looking for volunteers who share a deep conviction for this work — individuals who are committed Seventh-day Adventists, believe in the Spirit of Prophecy, and embrace the mission of Streams of Light International. A heart of service, a cooperative spirit, and a willingness to work diligently as part of a team are essential. Whether your strengths lie in hospitality, communication, creativity, organization, or hands-on labor, there is a place for you here. Above all, we seek those who are ready to give their talents to God and be used by Him to advance this work.
Time is very short, and the work before us cannot be accomplished without surrendering our lives fully to God. Now is the time to consecrate our lives and dedicate ourselves fully to finishing the work. If God is stirring your heart to serve, we invite you to join us in this end-time movement. Be among this generation of workers who will share the final warning message with the world.
Volunteers are responsible for obtaining any necessary travel or work authorization to serve in the United States.
