Friends,

The year 2026 began with a clear reminder: Jesus is coming very soon.

All around us, the world is changing at an unprecedented pace. The signs are unmistakable. Prophecy is unfolding before our eyes. This is a wake-up call for all of us and an appeal to work unitedly, focused, and without delay.

At Streams of Light, we are determined to work in a way that God can multiply our human efforts—and we’re more frequently gathering in prayer to ask God to multiply His blessings.

We began the year at GYC in Orlando, Florida. It was inspiring to see more than 7,000 young people gathered to worship God and learn how to serve Him more effectively. At the Streams of Light booth, we connected with nearly 1,000 young people, inviting them to participate in mission trips, enroll in the Comprehensive Evangelism School, our ESL program, or join the Trade School.

On Sabbath, we hosted an Info Session meeting for those sensing a call to serve with Streams of Light. More than 80 people attended. We praise God for every one of them and are praying that the Holy Spirit will clearly impress those whom He is calling to unite with this movement.

Recognizing the solemnity of the times, we are re-emphasizing the full biblical and Spirit of Prophecy counsel on how to proclaim the Three Angels’ Messages and prepare a people for Christ’s soon return. In 2026, SOLI is focusing on three key priorities:

  1. Outpouring of the Holy Spirit

We are convinced that the Three Angels’ Messages will reach every home in North America and Europe by 2030 only if we—individually, as a ministry, and as a church—are baptized by the Holy Spirit.

To attempt such a work by any other means is to seek failure, discouragement, and defeat. We cannot do this work without entire consecration to God.

The practical steps we are taking include:

  • Teaching SOLTI students the biblical conditions for receiving the Holy Spirit
  • Praying together as staff every weekday for the outpouring of the Holy Spirit
  • Gathering every Sunday from 6:00–9:00 a.m. for Revive Us Again, an extended prayer specifically for the Holy Spirit’s outpouring

You are warmly invited to join us for Revive Us Again prayer calls—link provided below.

  1. Multiplication of The Great Controversy Distribution

We believe there is no other book that presents the Three Angels’ Messages with greater clarity and prophetic accuracy than The Great Controversy. It precisely describes the events unfolding in our world today. We are also mindful that this book—and other avenues for proclaiming the Three Angels’ Messages—may soon be restricted or banned.

Because of this urgency, SOLI is taking decisive action:

  • By God’s grace, we have doubled the number of mission trips this year, with ten mission trips planned across the U.S., Europe, and Cuba
  • We have launched the Light Squad Project, mobilizing believers to systematically place truth-filled literature into homes and communities
  1. Blueprint for Comprehensive City Mission

With over 80% of the population in North America and Europe living in urban areas, mission to the cities is not optional—it is essential. The Spirit of Prophecy places strong emphasis on this work, and the Lord has placed a burden for the large cities squarely on our hearts.

The SOLI Board has assembled a diverse group of experienced mission leaders to develop a comprehensive evangelism strategy for the city of Chicago. Our goal is bold but necessary:

By 2030, every home in Chicago will be visited.

Residents will receive The Great Controversy, a health magazine, an invitation to study the Bible, and an invitation to engage with the church—both in person and digitally.

This initiative is designed to become a replicable template for other major cities across North America, Europe, and beyond.

The Chicago work will include:

  • Partnerships with local churches for systematic home visitation
  • Mission trips
  • Centers of Influence
  • Medical missionary work
  • Health and lifestyle programs
  • Public evangelistic meetings
  • An outpost training center for urban missionaries
  • A lifestyle center
  • Additional supporting initiatives as the work expands

The Evangelism & Bible Conference

In partnership with the Gulf States Conference, Streams of Light will host The Evangelism & Bible Conference—a hybrid Camp Meeting that includes comprehensive evangelism training and outreach—from May 15–24 at the Bass Campus in Mississippi. This event seeks to revive the camp meeting model counseled by Ellen White.

The first five days will focus on training church members from across North America in practical evangelism—combining solid biblical foundations with hands-on community outreach.

The second phase will be fully evangelistic, reaching the local community through health expos, cooking classes, hydrotherapy, Bible prophecy seminars, Bible study training, and prayer-focused meetings.

Evening evangelistic meetings will be presented by Pastor John Bradshaw.

By God’s grace, we believe many will come to a knowledge of the truth, and God’s people will be trained, empowered, and mobilized for the finishing of the work.

Please plan to join us for this historic event.
More information will be available soon.

Friends, now more than ever, we need your partnership—in prayer, in service, and in financial support.

Our confidence is not in human plans, but in God’s power to finish His work, in and through His people. Let’s continue to unite in prayer, and by God’s grace, plan to also join us at one or more of these evangelism efforts this year.

Above all, let’s do all that we can to be ready and help others get ready for Christ’s soon return.

With prayer and hope,

Oleg Lotca
