At Streams of Light International (SOLI), our mission is to share the everlasting gospel through the printed page and personal witness. Yet as our ministry continues to expand globally, one challenge has become clear: language can sometimes stand between a willing missionary and the people they long to reach.
To bridge that gap, SOLI is developing a new English as a Second Language (ESL) Program designed to prepare international missionaries and bilingual workers to share the gospel effectively across cultural and linguistic boundaries.
This program will help students reach a proficiency level in English that allows them to enter the Streams of Light Training Institute (SOLTI) or serve as volunteers or staff within the organization. By strengthening English communication skills, we are opening doors for greater participation in mission—both in North America and abroad.
But this is far more than a language course. The ESL Program is mission-focused and gospel-centered, integrating English learning with practical ministry training. In partnership with SOLTI’s Comprehensive Evangelism Curriculum, students will build English proficiency while learning to reach hearts through literature distribution, health ministry, and personal evangelism.
The result? Every graduate will not only speak English with greater confidence but also carry a deeper understanding of how to share the Three Angels’ Messages with clarity and compassion. Each new English speaker becomes a missionary—equipped to serve in cities, communities, and nations that might otherwise remain unreached.
Through this initiative, Streams of Light International continues to expand its vision of preparing committed workers for the final gospel movement—empowering believers everywhere to bring hope, truth, and light to the world.
