Dear friends,
God worked mightily this past month! In early April, many churches in North America who were near or in the solar eclipse path of totality found this event to be a powerful literature evangelism opportunity. We partnered with the Thompsonville Seventh-Day Adventist Church to produce a solar eclipse-themed cover for The Great Controversy, and thousands of these books were distributed on April 8th.
In mid-April, our team returned to the Michigan Conference of Seventh-day Adventists for a mission trip which was hosted this year with both the conference and GYC. We are so grateful for what the Lord has done in the city of Lansing. In just one week, 44,750 books were distributed and more than 700 people signed up for Bible studies!
On Sabbath, April 13, the Michigan Conference engaged their churches in a conference-wide distribution of The Great Controversy. On the following Sabbath, additional conferences across North America did likewise in their own communities. April 20th was one of three conference-wide distribution dates slated for 2024. We look forward to partnering with the conferences for the next two distribution dates of August 24 and November 16.
Truly, God is going before us and blessing this work.
Our team is now preparing for summer camp meetings. God has opened doors for training sessions and distributions of The Great Controversy to take place at some of these camp meetings. We are also preparing for our next mission, which will take place in San Francisco this coming September 6-14, 2024.
Is God placing it on your heart to join this movement? Please prayerfully consider joining us in San Francisco. Our pre-registration form is available here.
Friends, the time is now, and while it is day, let us reach our communities for Christ.
Thank you for praying for and supporting this work.
See you in San Francisco by God’s grace,
